One Thing A Day – 65 Examples

Yesterday I wrote about the need to get started with just one thing a day.  I hammered home the point that my first daily action was unusually focused on getting into the gym.

For those of you that are still unsure where to start – this is going to be a great post for you – I have a slew of possibilities to pick from.

So without any more talking and introduction – here’s a set of options and questions for your consideration in no order whatsoever!

I have grouped each set of 5 completely arbitrary things into 13 Dimensions of Life to make this even more digestible.

 

 

Many of these are 1 off topics and many of these could be incorporated into a new daily habit.  The point here is to get started with one thing per day that moves you step forward.

I bet that there will be days where you will find you can do 5 of these things in addition to your usual routine, and other days where getting one thing done will be a real struggle.
